My IP has the option in the Internet Options in Windows to use a proxy server. I always check this box. Search to see the internet options to see if you have this option. My IP is more like Amsterdam, if I'm in England. Remains safer than ever before I realized how many people in the network for the IP address ease of your IP address, if you know what to do underground.
